It was a stable. The beams and the walls have been preserved and restored. It provides a great space for the restaurant with
an open kitchen which clients see as soon as they walk in. Visible and audible kitchen activity contribute to the ambience.
The space is very generous in size, but, beneath the lighting diffused by large hanging glass lanterns, a feeling of intimacy
is retained. The farmyard is now a sheltered terrace which opens wide onto the Brionnais countryside.
