In 1996 we opened this place directly next to the Maison Troisgros. It is a contemporary version of a café-deli set
in a former hotel dating from the 1920's. The atmosphere
is welcoming, warm and the food is both light and inventive.

Some days, all the clients know each other and swap tables.
For these regulars, we need to refresh the menu constantly.
The rule of thumb here is to change the menu often, and
to review the à la carte menu seasonally.


A la carte menu, and fixed-price menus at 21 €,
25 € at lunchtime and 28 € in the evening
